This phase includes constant monitoring and interaction. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery and work closely with the design team to create your vision.
Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
Our skilled estimators negotiate the cost of the job with your insurance carrier, this part of the process starts right away. Depending on the reasonableness of your insurance adjuster this can slow down or speed up a job. The negotiations can and may continue throughout the timeline of the repair as initial estimates will be fluid because additional unforeseen costs may become evident.
The build back of the home is the final phase of the restoration, this part of the process can be lengthy depending on the scope of work. The first step of build back is requesting the proper permits for your home. Permits can be time-consuming depending on the scope of the project and what the county requires for the restoration. Once permitting is in place we can start on getting your home back to pre-loss condition. While repairing your home we will need to organize scheduling of subcontractos, for example installing tile in conjuncture with the install of cabinets. Once all repairs have been completed in the home, we can then deliver your contents from our cleaning facility back to your home. A final walk-through will be done with the homeowner.
