Jonny was referred to me by a plumber who works hand in hand with them on Restoration projects. The project involved removing a faulty water heater which resulted in significant water damage to the surrounding area and adjoining bathroom wall & floor. Jonny, Mike and Amy were all very caring and empathetic professionals. They not only addressed the water damage but removed the water heater. We had a leak in the ceiling at our home that we rent and Edgewood Restoration was so great and easy to work with to get the leak repaired and our bathroom looked 10x better than it ever has after they were finished. Edgewood Restoration completed a roof replacement in my house. During the course of the replacement, one of the workers stepped through the ceiling, severely damaging it. They also damaged a gutter and left roofing debris piled and caked in the rest of the gutters, to the extent that I now have to replace all of them. The roof then did not pass inspection, and a different roofing company came to make a repair to an entirely separate, detached section of the house. When I approached Edgewood about the damage, they refused all responsibility and accountability. They said my entire warranty was void, and tried to blame the other company for the damage. It is physically impossible for the damage to have been caused by the other roofers - who were only there to repair Edgewood's other mistakes. Their communication was condescending and dismissive and they refused to take any responsibility. I do not recommend using this company for any reason. Edit in response to the business reply: I have two weeks of emails going back and forth with Amy Palmer, Production Manager, and CCd with Jonny Evans where I very clearly explained the issues and provided evidence. Their exact response to me was "unfortunately your warranty is not valid" and "this is out of our hands." Edgewood Restoration is Evans General Contractors LLC, owned by Jonny Evans. I have also spoken with L&I about this and confirmed. This response further demonstrates their willingness to obfuscate and avoid any responsibility.

A true 5-star company! Courteous, punctual, skilled workers that actually care about your space. Couldn't recommend enough! Our shop in Kitsap County was flooding from an upstairs apartment leak. Edgewood team was immediately out to help find and fix the flooding, and restore the necessary area. We have high end vehicles in our shop so any flooding is a HUGE no-no!
